Policies
Privacy Antenna Warehouse takes your privatcy very seriously. To safe guard your personal information we take the following steps in conducting our day to day business.
SHIPPING: Antenna Warehouse uses the US Postal Service's Insured 1st class and Priority Mail service to make most shipments 2 lbs. and under, and UPS or Fed-Ex for all other shipment except for antenna towers, and large antennas which must ship via common carrier usually Yellow Freight.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a shipment that has been damaged by the carrier, NOTIFY THE CARRIER IMMEDIATELY. Do not return merchandise to us until told to do so by the carrier. Retain all packaging materials including Styrofoam peanuts, inner and outer cartons, labeling, etc. for inspection by the carrier. Without this, your claim may be denied! With shipments properly packaged (as all our shipments are), the ultimate responsibility for delivery in good condition rests with the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: International buyers pay a $5.00-$10.00 handling charge to offset additional packaging, paper work, and risk of damaged shipment reshipping costs. Antenna Warehouse only excepts prepayment by International Money Order, or Bank Wire Transfer. Please understand that returned equipment not originally manufactured in the US will be subject to valuation and custom charges, plus broker's fees Check customs before shipping anything back to Antenna WareHouse, including new equipment for warranty repair. Antenna WareHouse will not accept any shipments from outside the USA unless all fees are paid in advance.

Return Policy
The employees of Antenna Warehouse make all possible efforts to insure the products you receive function as they should. We visually inspect and where practical test all products just before they are shipped to you. (we do not assemble and test antennas) If however you should receive a product from us and find it to be defective within 15 days of receipt please return it to us and we will exchange it for a non defective like product and reimburse you for the return shipping cost you paid to return it. If you receive a product that is in good working order and for any reason within 15 days would like to exchange it for a different product it may be returned shipping cost paid and we will exchange it for another product of equal or lessor value and the difference, if any, will be issued as a store credit good for 90 days. If for any other reason you do not want to keep a product you have purchased from us you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the items purchase price. In such cases you will be responsible for the cost of both the original and return shipping. All Wilson Electronics wireless Repeaters and Direct connect Amplifiers are excluded from the policy above and are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only.
Products being returned for refund or exchange must be in LIKE NEW CONDITION with all original packaging, and contain all paper work, Instructions and documentation. If a return deviates from these standards the refund will be pro-rated based on replacement cost of what is lacking.
Antenna products that have been damaged by careless assembly, mishandling or abuse are excluded from this policy. Aluminum antennas that use self tapping machine screws for assembly that have been assembled and thus are no longer in LIKE NEW CONDITION will incur a 20% restocking fee due to the fact that they will have to be resold as used products.
Items being returned must be carefully packed and clearly marked on the outside in several places with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Please call 772-419-8359 to obtain a RMA number before returning a item. Items returned without a RMA number will not be accepted by our shipping/receiving department and returned at the shippers expense. Insurance on return shipments is strongly suggested.
Product Warranty Information
Once the 30 day return policy has expired, product warranty issues are the product's Manufacturer responsibility. If you need assistance identifying or contacting the manufacture of a product you purchased from us please contact customer service at: 850-388-4655. If the Manufacturer's warranty is unavailable, as is the case with some of the products we import, then Antenna Warehouse will extend a 90 day from date of purchase repair/replace (our choice) warranty on items that are found to be defective due to manufacturing or material defects.
Products that have been damaged by mishandling, abuse, proper operation ignorance, and/or stupidity will not be eligible for and will be excluded from any and all guarantee and warranty service. Items that require guarantee or warranty service must be return to Antenna Warehouse Postage Paid
to be eligible.
Items that are being returned must be carefully packaged and clearly marked on the outside with a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) Number. Please call: 850-388-4655 to obtain a RMA number before returning any item. Items that are received without a legible RMA number will not be accepted by our Shipping/Receiving department. The package's delivery will be refused, and then the package will be returned to you at your expense. Properly insuring all return shipments is strongly suggested. Other than to assist you in the filing of a insurance claim with the carrier, we will not be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged by the carrier.
